JSP Wood Products ships globally! Please note international shipping rates do apply and if shipping outside the USA, duties/taxes are not included.

If you would like to make a change with your order please do so within 48 hours by emailing us at info@jspwoodproducts.com as soon as possible or DM us via Instagram or Facebook @jspwoodproducts.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking via email. Both order and shipping confirmations will be sent to you via email as soon as they become available. Be sure to check your inbox.

Fortunately, orders can be canceled for 48 hours once they're placed. Our team works diligently in processing orders as soon as they are received even if on pre-order.
