Yes, 100%! We stand behind the authenticity of every product we list and sell. We make each of our items individually, by hand.

Yes! JSP Wood Products gift cards can be purchased via email at info@jspwoodproducts.com. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be transferable.

We ship globally! Please note international shipping rates do apply and if shipping outside the USA, duties/taxes are not included.

If you would like to make a change with your order please do so within 48 hours by emailing us at info@jspwoodproducts.com as soon as possible or DM us via Instagram or Facebook @jspwoodproducts.

Once you order has shipped, you will receive tracking via email. Both order and shipping confirmations will be sent to you via email as soon as they become available. Be sure to check your inbox.

Fortunately, orders can be canceled for 48 hours once they're placed. Our team work diligently in processing orders as soon as they are received even if on pre-order. 

Returns and exchanges

Yes! We offer free, postage paid returns for 100 days after the purchase date. Please keep in mind that we will do everything above and beyond to make this process easy for you, should you encounter it. 

We offer exchanges for a different product of equal value up to 100 days. Free postage applied to exchanges. 

Drop off the product at your nearest UPS, they'll print the label and charge the email info@jspwoodproducts.com.
